How do members pay?
By Direct Debit through GoCardless or by card through Stripe. Payments go straight to your own accounts, not through us.
Are there per-member or per-staff fees?
No. It's one flat monthly price with unlimited staff. Payment providers charge their own transaction fees.
Does it work with door access?
Yes. Members check in with a QR code, and access follows their membership status. Talk to us about the door hardware you have.
What's the Marketing Machine?
Our marketing system: social inbox, content engine, website, email and SMS campaigns, workflows, reviews, communities and video rooms. On its own it's £147 a month; on a gym plan it's included.
