When does it launch?

Is there an app for my clients?

Yes, on iPhone and Android. On Branded and Gym & Studio Plus it carries your name and colours.

Do my members pay through the app?

No. Memberships and payments run through your CRM. The app shows members their membership and when it renews; it never takes a payment.

Can I bring my existing clients across?

Yes. We'll help you move clients and programmes over when you start.

What is the difference between Gym & Studio and Gym & Studio Plus?

Both include your whole gym system and the full Marketing Machine: social inbox, content engine, your website, communities, video rooms, campaigns, workflows and reviews. Gym & Studio Plus adds the coaching app, so your members get programmes, check-ins, nutrition and messaging in an app with your name on it.

Do I need the gym features if I'm a solo PT?

No. Coach and Branded are built for personal trainers and online coaches. The gym plans add classes, check-in, memberships and the full Marketing Machine.

Can my staff use it?

Yes. Add coaches, and front desk staff who only see check-in and the timetable.
