Hey, I'm Paul, the not-so-typical tech guy from York, now based in lovely Harrogate (yes, where the tea comes from, but I'm more of a pre-workout and energy drinks kind of person).

I've run a coaching business
20+ years in fitness, Level 3 PT, and I've trained other PTs (so I've seen it ALL). I know what it's like when your income depends on showing up in person while the admin piles up behind you.
